Tim Patterson
Tim established DMC after 16 years working for various video production & post-production houses in Melbourne.
As creative Director, he overseas all of the work, and is hands on for most of the projects, both behind the camera, and in post, editing & designing for our clients.
DID YOU KNOW: Tim speaks fluent Japanese and was once Australian Correspondent for Asahi Radio Japan. He also writes feature screenplays, the most recent, ‘6 Plots’, had a cinema release and worldwide DVD release. He is currently developing a new feature drama which marks his directorial debut.
David Gild
David is the rare kind of creature that has a great mix of technical and creative, plus great taste in music! With a broad range of skills from filming, editing and vast experience as an audio engineer he is that guy you want to have around knowing he has your back!
There are rumours of photos in existence of David glammed up in full make-up and big hair in an 80s tribute band rocking the KEY-tar!
Lucy Demuth
Lucy is a gun editor with a knack for editing short-form. She loves to take on new challenges and started with us when she did work experience at University.
A Ballarat gal, she is a mad Harry Potter fan, and works part-time for the world wide Harry Potter fan club, creating online media for the members.
Priscilla Patterson
Considered the most important role in any business, Priscilla is the one who will chase up invoices with a smile and ensure that all our valued staff & freelancers get paid.
DID YOU KNOW: She is a mad Cats fan and was born and raised in Geelong. She’s also sleeping with the boss!

Walter is a renowned feature film and documentary DOP, and we are lucky to have him work as part of our extended team.
Meticulous and precise, he knows how to sculpt light and get those extra angles that help tell the story.
David Musial
David is a multi-disciplined freelancer and artist with a keen eye and always captures the scene in his own style. Reliable, personable and thorough, we love using David, and know we will get amazing results.
A talented artist in a range of disciplines, he shares a passion for Japan.

Video Editor & Producer
Permanent Part-time or Freelance
DMC are looking for a creative, motivated and skilled editor/content producer in a freelance position leading to permanent part-time. Based in our studios in Yarraville Victoria, the job is in-house, so remote editing is not an option.
The candidate would require skills in the following areas:
• Video Editing in Premiere Pro
• Some knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Good sense of storytelling in short-form
• Some knowledge of colour grading, titles, audio & effects
• Must show initiative and be able to work individually and to a deadline
Other skills that would be valuable:
• Audio Editing in Premiere Pro (& Adobe Audition)
• Motion Graphics and Effects in Adobe After Effects
• Some design aesthetic and flair
• A knowledge of social media platforms and EDMs (Mailchimp, etc)
• Camera Operator experience
• Well presented, clean and professional
• Ability to come up with creative ideas and present to the team
• Drivers license and their own car
DMC do a sizeable amount of creative work with horse-breeders and the racing industry. An interest in horses and equine welfare is essential to this role. We only work with clients who are ethical and those who share a love for the horse.
Occasional interstate work travel may be required, with travel allowance and per-diems paid.
